What is Ocean Reef Island?
Ocean Reef Island is a project that was conceived in 1997, but it was not until 2010 that its construction began, with the best companies in the world in the field of land reclamation making this marvel of engineering a reality.
These two islands are strategically located in the center of Panama City, offering a unique and extremely exclusive lifestyle beyond comparison to anywhere else in the country. Today they hold the most expensive pieces of land in the entire Republic of Panama.
It consists of two islands with low-density buildings that have a maximum of 4 levels and exclusive land for single-family residential use.
It has a private marina and a heliport to satisfy the demanding needs of its residents.
Places of Interest in Ocean Reef Island
The Clubhouse, located in the center of the marina, will be the meeting place par excellence for its residents. It will be launched at the end of 2022, but currently the owners of boats are already enjoying the pleasure of having their boat just a few meters from this place.
The social areas in Ocean Reef Island are very well equipped with sports courts such as tennis, paddle tennis, and basketball, a playground for the little ones, walkways, gardens, and parks.
